The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer intern, you'll be embedded at our client site in Burla, working hands-on with edge devices in a live production environment. You'll be the bridge between our engineering team and the customer — diagnosing issues, shipping fixes, and ensuring the system runs reliably day-to-day.

This is not a sit-behind-a-screen role. You'll see how real-world AI systems behave in the field, talk directly to users, and own outcomes end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Debug and resolve issues on deployed edge devices at the client site.
• Monitor system health across the stack and respond to incidents.
• Push fixes, deploy updates, and validate them in production.
• Work closely with the core engineering team remotely for escalations.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to long-term stability improvements.

Who We're Looking For

• Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one of Node.js or Next.js.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases and REST APIs.
• Willing to be on-site in Burla and work directly with client teams.
• A natural problem-solver who can stay calm when things break.
• Final-year students or recent graduates preferred.

Perks & Duration

• Duration: 3 months, with an option to convert to full-time based on performance.
• Stipend: Competitive, based on skills and interview performance.
