Ownership, end-to-end

We don't hand out tickets. People here pick up problems and see them through — from the architecture call to the production deploy to the awkward client email at 11 PM. If you need a manager to tell you what to do next, this isn't the place. If you've been waiting for someone to get out of your way so you can ship — welcome.

No hierarchy

You hit a problem at 2 AM and need the CTO? Call him. Need the CEO? Call him too. We don't have layers between you and the people who can unblock you. Titles exist on paper for clients; internally, the person closest to the problem owns it.

We don't watch the clock — we watch the ship date

There are no mandatory hours here. No 9-to-6. No "log in by 10." We don't care what day it is or what time you start. The deal is simpler and harder than that: you commit to shipping, and you ship. Some weeks that means a quiet Sunday morning when the code is flowing. Other weeks it means closing the laptop at 2 PM on a Wednesday because the work is done.

This isn't a perk. It's a filter. People who need a clock to tell them when work starts and stops have a hard time here. People who'd rather be measured by what they shipped than how many hours they sat in a chair do the best work of their careers with us.

Freedom to execute

You spot something we should build, fix, or kill — make the case and run with it. We'd rather lose a small bet on someone's bad idea than lose a great idea because someone was waiting for permission.

Work from anywhere

Home in the morning, a café in the afternoon, a hotel in the evening — we don't track location. Mummy needs dhania during work hours? Go. Friend's birthday at 5 PM? Tell us, finish later, no drama. Where you do the work is yours to design.

AI tools, fully paid

Pick your weapon — Claude, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Cursor, whatever you ship faster with. We pay for the subscription you want, at the higher tier. Gemini Pro with raised limits is included for everyone by default. We're an AI company. We expect you to use AI seriously, not perform it.

Cloud, when your laptop isn't enough

Got an experiment that needs more than your machine can give? Request a cloud server, train the model, run the simulation, ship it. Compute is not the bottleneck here — your ideas are.

Multiple hats — by design, not by accident

A typical week: writing code Monday, on a client call Tuesday, sketching architecture Wednesday, planning the offsite Thursday. If "that's not in my JD" is a phrase you say often, you'll be miserable here. If "I'll figure it out" is your default, you'll thrive.

Radical transparency

At big companies, half the team doesn't know what the other half is shipping. We hate that. Everyone here knows what everyone else is working on. Timelines get defined with the engineer doing the work, not handed down from a sales call. If something's slipping, we hear it on day one — not the day before delivery.
