We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Website, our users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 6, and 9 to 14 — will survive.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any applicable mandatory law, the courts at Sambalpur, Odisha, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Any dispute you have with us must be commenced within one year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred, unless a longer period is required by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Neurabit regarding the Website. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
