This policy applies to visitors to the Website, people who submit our contact or enquiry forms, prospective candidates who reach out about careers, newsletter or social followers who contact us, and representatives of clients, partners and vendors who communicate with us. If you are an end user of one of our client's deployed systems, the client is the controller of that data and their privacy notice applies.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Information you provide. When you fill in a contact or enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the subject line and the content of your message. If you email or call us we collect whatever you choose to share, including your contact details and the contents of the correspondence.
• Careers enquiries.Job applications are submitted through an external applicant-tracking / form provider linked from our careers pages. Any personal data you enter there (such as your CV, work history and contact details) is processed under that provider's terms and this policy where we receive a copy.
• Usage and device data. When you browse the Website we and our analytics providers automatically collect your IP address (which may be truncated or anonymised), browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies.See the “Cookies” section below.

We do not intentionally collect special category / sensitive personal data through the Website and ask that you do not send it to us in free-text fields.

• To respond to you — answering enquiries, providing quotes, scheduling meetings and following up on business opportunities.

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for optional communications such as newsletters); performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (responding to enquiries, recruitment); our legitimate interests in running, securing, analysing and improving our business and Website, provided these are not overridden by your rights; and legal obligationwhere processing is required by law. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted under that Act.

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the Website to load and function. In addition, the Website currently loads the following analytics tools on all visits to help us understand aggregate usage and improve the site:

• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics (Google) — aggregate traffic and engagement measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — aggregate usage analytics and heatmaps used to improve layout and usability.

These providers set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf as described in their own privacy notices. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell data collected through these tools.

We share personal data only as needed, with:

• Authorities and third parties where required by law, court order or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or reorganisation, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal data.

We are based in India. Some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and on the transfer mechanisms permitted under applicable Indian law.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. As a general guide: enquiry and contact correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless it becomes part of a client relationship; recruitment data is kept for up to 12 months after a decision unless you ask us to keep it longer for future roles; analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention window (typically 2–14 months); and records required for legal, tax or accounting purposes are kept for the periods required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk — including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege permissions and monitoring — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing); data portability; and nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (under India's DPDP Act). You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in India, the Data Protection Board once operational; in the EEA/UK, your local data protection authority.

The Website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

The Website links to third-party sites and services (for example, our product sites, social media profiles and the careers application form). We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
